Rates & Add-ons
Hourly Rate: $65 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Mandatory Cleaning Fee: $80 (all trash must be taken out by client)
Table Rental: $5 per table
Nonalcoholic beverage package: $6 per person
All Inclusive Bar Package: $30 per person
Bartender: $150 for 5 hours ($40 per hour after 5 hours)

Alcohol is permitted, but must use one of our licensed & insured bartenders for service

Outside Catering is allowed. Caterers will be responsible for their own trash.\
